A platform that helps soccer clubs recruit players, manage their roster and raise money from sponsors. We build it and run it, and clubs like LA Wolves FC and AC Houston Sur use it to manage players, campaigns and sponsors.
Soccer clubs recruit players, keep a roster, run campaigns and chase sponsors, often with a different tool for each. Clubzup puts that in one place: a free profile for every player, and for clubs a CRM with recruiting pages, forms, campaigns and fundraising. We are the team that builds it and runs it.
Every tryout submission becomes a player profile. Clubs see every prospect at every stage and move a player from applied to accepted with one click.
Emails, campaigns and follow-ups run from the same place as the roster, so nothing depends on someone's inbox or a spreadsheet.
Clubs raise money from sponsors and supporters through the platform. We built the sponsor outreach and the sponsor decks clubs send, and fundraising is tracked next to everything else.
Each club gets its own recruiting and sponsor landing page, such as lawolvesfc.clubzup.com and houstonsur.clubzup.com. Families apply through one link, and every application lands in the app as a player profile.
We design the screens in Google AI Studio, build in Lovable, then export to GitHub and tighten the code with Cursor and Claude. We wrote about that workflow in how we use Google AI Studio and Lovable.
LA Wolves FC, a UPSL club in Los Angeles, CA, and AC Houston Sur, a USL League Two club in Houston, TX, both started on the free plan and use Clubzup to manage players, campaigns and sponsors.
As a UPSL club, Clubzup platform exceeded our expectations in how practical and easy it was to use from the start. Being able to begin on the free plan made adoption simple, and the platform quickly replaced several tools we were relying on. The way fundraising and player management are connected in one system is something we hadn't seen elsewhere, and it scaled naturally as our needs grew.
